Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data this site collects, what it is used for and what your rights are, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).
Last updated: 2026-09-04
Who processes your data
The controller of the personal data collected on this site is XMII Consulting, registered under CNPJ 33.116.214/0001-87, at Av. Alfredo Ignácio Nogueira Penido, 335 — Sala 706, Jardim Aquarius, São José dos Campos – SP, 12.246-000.
For anything related to personal data, including exercising your rights, write to contato@cms-industry.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, company, work e-mail, phone (optional) and the scenario you describe, plus whether your company runs SAP MII today.
The site also offers material to download, such as the SAP MII integration inventory template. In that case the form asks only for name, company and work e-mail.
The form is protected by hCaptcha, an anti-fraud service that, once displayed, collects technical data from your browser to tell people from robots. The site does not build browsing profiles, does not use advertising cookies and does not share data with ad networks.
What we use it for
Data sent through the forms is used solely to answer your enquiry, deliver the material you asked for, schedule the demo you asked for and continue the resulting commercial conversation.
If you download material, you may receive a small number of messages from us on the same subject over the following weeks. Just reply asking to stop and your contact is removed.
We do not use it for any other purpose and we do not sell it to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent, given when you submit the form (art. 7, I of the LGPD), and on preliminary procedures related to a contract at your request (art. 7, V).
Who we share it with
Data may be processed by the service providers that keep the site running — hosting provider, e-mail provider, the Web3Forms service that delivers the form to our inbox, hCaptcha, which protects the forms against automated submissions, and Plausible Analytics, which measures page visits without identifying who is browsing — always limited to the purpose above and bound by confidentiality.
There is no transfer of data to other companies for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, after that, for the period required by legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Cookies
This is a static site and writes no cookies of its own. Audience measurement is handled by Plausible Analytics, which works without cookies and without personal data: it creates no visitor identifier and does not follow anyone across sites. That is why there is no consent banner here — there is no cookie to consent to.
The exception is hCaptcha, used to protect the forms: it may write cookies and read browser information to verify the submission is not automated. That processing is carried out by Intuition Machines, Inc. under its own privacy policy. Should we adopt any tool that writes cookies, a notice will ask for your consent before any cookie is written, and this policy will be updated.
Your rights
The LGPD grants you: confirmation that processing exists, access to the data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymisation or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@cms-industry.com. We answer within the period set by law.
